I purchased clothing from this company 1/2/23 the fees for insurance and handling were included in the cost.($56.33) On 2/18/23 I got a text with my tracking number and tracking website.(t.17track.net.en). The tracking number was never there.I received a text saying the package was delivered to in/at mailbox in Green Bay,Wi. No, never happened.2/19/23 the support group I had texted, text me saying I should check with the neighbors,family,USPS,FEDX,DHL,+EXPRESS. O course that was a waste of time,seeing there was no such tracking number. 2/23/23 they sent me a text saying “it’s a pity you did not receive your package “ and a big sob story. They were going to contact the logistics co. For compensation, the rejected the claim, but they were willing to send me a second package at no cost if I was willing to wait. If I refuses the 2nd package they would negotiate other solutions.they were looking for a quick reply from me and would arrange a refund for me immediately. I sent back my answer the same day that I was willing to wait if they could insure the same sizes and colors I had ordered.I also asked to be notified when my package was due to arrive and the tracking numbers and tracking website.2/26/23 sent a text back asking if they saw my answer about waiting.2/27/23 got a text back saying “your order has been sent, don’t worry “. I would get real-time tracking once the package begins to be delivered locally.3/8/23sent text asking for tracking number, texted again on March 9,17,21,24,25,+ 29.4/17/23 i finally got my tracking number and tracking website. 4/18/23 texted back tracking number did not work. This was with www.track654.com 4/19/23 my package was at the sorting center, an it’s on the way. 4/21/23 tracking not going anywhere. 4/22/23 tracking said it was delivered, delivered to where I don’t know. We have been home. 4/23/23 texted back to get an answer, no reply. April 24,25,26,+27 never received any answers..different websites for support. Two different logistics companies. ALLROAD and trackin654.com. I have talked (texted) with Dolly,Kayla,Bella,Eda,and Alda, and others that never put their names on the texts
I have NO PACKAGE, NO ANSWERS, NO REFUND.
Can someone help get rid of these S C A M M E R S!

I ordered clothes and rings and they said they delivered never did from global tracking order date December 18said deliver January 24 2023 never got anything the post office said they never received a package at that time to be delivered
