I purchased 2 treadmills and 2 ellipticals for my small apartment complex. I worked with an Ian from Ifit sales department and told him needed commercial grade equipment and he sold me 4 units. Two of the 4 units had issues right away the belts stooped working, and they said I need a new drive motor and display, and they told me it wasn't covered under warranty because they were for residential use only. 2 of my machines are not operable and they want $175 just to diagnose then an additional fee for parts and install. This company is not trustworthy and scammed me out of $6000 in machines and I can't even use them. They have a call center overseas and it's hard to communicate with anyone and they don't help at all, they hang up on you after holding for over 40 min.
