Thirteen days prior the renewal reminder came up, they debited my account even so the Credit Card I had used 2 years ago was expired. My husband canceled the auto renewal online and we felt assure the debit would not be. Unfortunately, they found a back door to my account and took the money they wanted. I contacted the Customer service to get my money back, they call on their current sales' conditions to keep all my moneys...

They are making a lot of advertising on our American channels, more are going to fall victim of their practice. My next resource will be to contact my bank to close what ever dark ways they use to take money from people.

Purchased 3-year( THREE-YEAR) service plan for $99 TOTAL, period due to expire 2023-06-05.
Nonetheless, on 2023-05-21 (BEFORE 3-year servic plan had expired), NordVPN charged my card WITHOUT notice for $99 for additional 1-year ( ONE-YEAR) service.
Please note, NordVPN advertises 1 year at $68.
So, sent NordVPN e-mail objecting to the $99 charge, requested service be canceled and $99 refunded. It acknowledged receipt of the e-mail - and then NOTHING. Ignored. No cancellation. No refund.
Waited 2 days, went to NordVPN website. Now note, NO way to cancel. No button. No drop-down. No menu item. Nothing. Thus, tried NordVPN Chat option - waited more than 1 hour online (timed last 60 minutes) no one came on chat line - just computerized screed saying please wait, everyone busy.
In frustration, then had charge reversed and blocked NordVPN. Will use ProtonVPN - higher rated and actual HUMAN support service.
