I received email saying they auto payment of $240 from my account so I called to cancel my subscription to Norton virus co I spend 4-6 hrs trying sort out I talk to guy name Jacob and Martin they told me to log in on my laptop which I don’t use much so I had follow their instruction and they told me do down load some file and I open my Citi bank account and then I open another file as they told me to and type in $50 and $50 became $5000 with out me doing anything and they say it’s problem from there side and on my computer Citi bank showed $9110 instead of $4100 so I ask them to take care I just want my $240 back they say I have to go to Citi bank and withdraw $4000 from my account and deposit using their code using atm machine so I go to my Citi bank and ask teller my balance and they say $4111 so Inse this people were lying to me so I did not do anything
