Rented a car on line when I arrived at the place to pick up the car they asked for my insurance I gave them my insurance card which is State Farm a very reputable company and have rented cars many times before with no issues. They would not accept my insurance and expected me to purchase more liability to rent the car. I refused and left the facility. Got nothing for my 85 dollar rental. Sent a letter for a refund explaining my experience and was told the company has the right to charge me more for more insurance to protect their car. None of this was explained in the info prior to being charged. Scamming me of 85 dollars.
