The scammer called representing themself as an employee of SouthWest Airline. They knew our original reservation had been cancelled and were "helping to resolve this issue" by booking new flights for us. "Jordan" represented himself as a SW employee, booked us on an Allegiant flight saying the two companies have a partnership agreement. I called SW, this was a scam.
