The product link was accessed through an advertisement on Instagram simulating the actual product site and used the incentive of a sale to attract attention. Once I was on the product site, the products were listed at a significant discount and I selected a product an made a purchase. I then received an email confirming my purchase with an order number (Order No. 2023092926268702) on 9/29/23 from [email protected] under the product name of Dr. Marten. Four days later (10/3/23) I received another email stating that my product had been shipped with a provided tracking number- when I clicked the link it took me to a tracking site by the name of "17 TRACK" (https://t.17track.net/en#nums=AM075852174CN)- for several weeks the site showed updates of a product being shipped from China to my city of residence. On 10/19/23 the tracking listed the product as delivered. I notified the customer support email that I had not received a product that was recorded at delivered- at the same time I received several texts informing me "The USPS package has arrived at the warehouse and cannot be delivered due to incomplete address information. Please confirm your address in the link within in the next 12 hours." with a link to a simulated USPS website (https://uspost-report.com). During this time I also received email replies from the customer support email address provided- correspondence is copied below:

10/21/23:

Dear customer,

Thank you for contacting us.

After inspection, we found that your package has indeed arrived at your local post office and indicated that it was delivered properly.

If you have not received the package, please try to find your package in the following two ways:

1. Please contact your local post office and provide your name, address and tracking number: AM075852174CN under the carrier China Post .

2. Please check with your neighbours and family members and ask if they have signed the package for you.

If you still cannot find the package after trying these methods, we recommend negotiating the claim with the logistics company because your package may not be delivered to you in time due to negligence. If you cannot successfully coordinate with the logistics company, please contact us, and we will help you deal with it in time.

The logistics company says the package has been delivered to your address.

We shipped the wrong item. There should be a pair of 3D polarized sunglasses in your package, please find this package. We have lost a lot of money and we need you to find this package and we will send you the correct package.
