I google King Charles Cavalier pups for sale and came up with this website. NORFOL King Kennel 08012021. I inquired on their website about a King Charles Cavalier pup Zoey for $600 plus $200 shipping availability. Alex returned my email from [email protected] with asking about us and the environment for the pup. I have been sending emails back and forth (110+) regarding the pup purchase and transport. I sent per Alex's request $5 on Chase Zelle on 8/1/2021 and $300.00 on 8/3/2021 and the balance on 8/5/2021 with the a contract signed by me and him and send email and a promise to ship 8/5/2021. Then Alex said the pup was missing a shot and would send her Friday 8/6/2021. Friday morning 7amPST I got a email from SOLStar Pet Express to say the pup was good to go and then another later saying she needed Refundable insurance to travel by ZELLE to [email protected]. for $980.76. I paid $680.76 by Zelle to Angel with the seller's promise to help (even though on the website they said shipping was free). Seller advised me in the evening he couldn't come through with the difference cause "his car broke down and was towed and phone was almost dead." The next morning, Saturday, I called the Humane Society USA out of concern for the pup after checking the SolStar Pet Express website and saw "pending insurance" on the transport. Contacted Animal Contol Lansing MI. Invalid address of shipper and Police there. Just advised the FTC #138089408. Contacted Tacoma Police Saturday advising of theft #2121900329 and my lawyer. Chase bank can't help get money back on ZELLE purchase.
