I was reached out to through my college email and did not see anything suspicious. A friend had a similar job so I felt more assured and applied. They then contacted me through text and part of my job was sending and receiving payment and I used my credit card to pay for apple gift cards and my debit card to send money to a supposed graphic artist designer. I felt something wasn’t right but I still did it until my friend told me that wasn’t normal and something was wrong. The cashapp I sent $150 to will be in pictures. The main person is named Lurinda Jones who said that she worked at Norman CCTV and was on a business trip. When I questioned her about pay she said about sent over $1000 and that’s when I realized officially it was a scam meant to target college students. I will add a file with pictures of some parts of the conversations, screenshots of the email, and proof money was indeed sent and why I was told to send it as part of my “job duties.”
