I suspected this was not legitimate because (1) I do not have an account with any business like this, (2) the email addressing seemed odd - me blind copied? Nortoncc2021 the recipient?; (3) sender's email is a gmail account; (4) signature line not a full name and the "Xnor Family"? Never heard of such.
A quick online search and viola! I find scam notices, including here at scampulse.com. Thank you fellow posters for informing me and others.

I called the phone number, and the guy tried to direct me to my Google Chrome to open some crap... I could tell this sounded like a scam, and I just gasped "this does not sound legit”, at which point, he said "why are you being such a [censored]ing b[censored]". OMG.

I've not used Norton in ages, I believe they are just phishing. This angers me that unsuspecting folks will think this is real. :/
I almost got taken for a different scam once, they called to tell me they were shutting off my utilities at my business. They almost had me driving around town to make sure it didn't happen.
If you are ever in doubt about any account, hang up and call that company's listed phone number to verify.
