THIS IS A SCAM! Product (shower head) looks fantastic and offers a guarantee, but after ordering & receiving, found to be incompatible with my existing shower. My initial payment was $44.95. I received authorization to return which cost an additional $12.67 in return fees...so now my total paid is $57.62.. The credit amount issued was $35.96 (20% restocking fee)...so it cost me $21.66 to try their product! I am only grateful that I did not include the extra filters & hose attachment that they push!
