I think this place is scamming old people. They will tell you that they have a zero balance when you call, but will continually send Paper bills asking them to pay hundreds of dollars for services that are either made up or already covered by insurance. For 9 months I have called several times and was told that nothing is owed and nothing is will be owed, yet still getting Bills in the mail with amounts owed. If I was not on top of this and wasting time waiting on hold to verify that nothing is owed, my elderly father would be paying thousands of dollars of double payments or whatever they are sending bills for. I asked them if they could stop sending bills, and the customer service woman said it was impossible for him to be getting bills when nothing is owed...yet they still come, with amounts owed.

I keep receiving bills from North Hollywood Billing Center, in West Hills, CA for the amount of $287.24. I live in the Bronx, It is addressed to Keith Montague, who doesn't live at this address and who supposedly received services rendered at Triboro Assisted Living at 1160 Teller Ave, The Bronx, NY 10456

I wrote on the envelope wrong address return to sender.

I received a bill from this company. It reflected the correct date of my hospitalization as well as the provider. The bill stated I owed a balance of $568 because it was applied to my Medicare deductible. I do not have Medicare - I have private insurance. I checked my explanation of benefits from my insurance carrier and saw the bill had been paid with a balance due from me of $10.46. I called North Hollywood Billing Center to verify my balance thinking the payment from my insurance company and the statement I received had crossed in the mail. I reached a call center (very noisy background) and was asked, for verification purposes, my name, address, and credit card number! When I questioned the need to provide my credit card number, I was told by the rep that he needed it in order to provide me with information on my account. I pushed back and he told me if I did not give him my credit call number, he would terminate the call. I refused and he hung up on me.

Company sent a letter in the mail with information regarding a hospital stay and a provider I don't recall seeing 9 months after my stay. I called them to ask for a statement detailing the providers charges and they state what I have received is all they can provide me. If I had any questions to contact the hospital. I have spoke to the hospital and they have never heard of the billing center and unsure where the bill has come from. I have paid my stay in full to the hospital and provider's dont' get a separate billing according to the hospital its all in house billing.

Why does a doctor in DE use a CA billing company and receive payments in OH?

Box 740512, Cincinnati, OH 45274-0512). The letter/bill contains no contact information or company information, besides the addresses.
