Consumer received a call from a person stating their name was Sgt. White from the North Oaks PD. He said he was calling to let her know they were issuing a warrant for Failure to Appear, Contempt of Court, and Documentation of Court. She supposedly was sent notice of a court case scheduled to be held on Feb. 5th. She had not received any such notification. They tried to tell her that if she paid a percentage (totally around $1000.00) of what she had been find, this could be dropped. She was told she could have a "zoom" meeting with the judge once she paid the percentage (via apps, they would not accept a check). She hung up on them and received several more calls from 651 484-3366. She called this number back and it was answered by the Ramsey Co. Sheriff's office; they told her no calls were made to her from their office. She has nothing that she could have had to go to court for.
