It is very nice to meet you as my partner in this company. My
part of the job process is to assist you and provide with any help you 
may need during the business. I am always here to help and it's my 
pleasure to answer any questions you may have.
(!) IMPORTANT: The following information is very important and 
contains details of the job process. Please make sure you have 30 
minutes to carefully read and understand it.
PAYMENTS:
Let me remind you that the payment is paid monthly. You will receive 
your first payment in 30 calendar days after you get the first package. 
You may choose the preferred type of payment from the following payment methods: 
A. PayPal 
B. Regular Bank Transfer 
C. Western Union 
The first package will be delivered to you in 1-8 business days. 
Normally packages are not delivered on weekends.
SHIPPING PROCESS:To act properly when you get any parcel you should follow the next 
steps: 
1. Check your email box several times a day to get tracking 
information for a new incoming package. I will email you package and 
tracking details for every package. 
2. For your convenience every package has it's own online tracking number. You should obtain the estimated delivery date and time of every package by clicking the link provided with the tracking information. 
3. Make sure somebody stay at home to receive the package. You should 
inform me if for any reason you or your homemate are unable to stay at 
home and get the package. We will try to schedule a new delivery time 
in this case. 
4. When the package is delivered open the box to check the contents. 
Carefully inspect the contents of the box to make sure that nothing 
damaged. Be careful and don't brake the manufacture seal while you are 
inspecting the package.
(!) IMPORTANT: IF YOU NOTICE ANY DAMAGE. Submit a DAMAGE REPORT and 
email it to me as soon as possible in case you mention that something 
is broken or notice any kind of damage. Take pictures of the contents 
with a clear view of the damages. Your report should contain detailed 
information and pictures of the damaged contents. 
4. Take a look inside the box. Look up for a commercial invoice, 
merchandise return form or any other documents listing description 
and/or price. Take a photo or make a scan copy of these documents and 
attach it to your delivery report.
(!) IMPORTANT: Original commercial invoices, merchandise return forms 
or any other documents listing description and/or price should be 
taken off from the package. You should keep these forms in a safety 
place. Original invoices should NOT be shipped out inside the package. 
I will provide you with instructions on how to forward the forms to 
our Head Delivery Department by the end of every month. 
5. Email me a DELIVERY REPORT confirming that you've received the 
package and checked it's contents as soon as possible. Please note 
that every DELIVERY REPORT should contain information on one package 
only. Means that if you've got 3 packages at the same time, you should 
submit 3 DELIVERY REPORTS - one DELIVERY REPORT for each package. 
6. Take a photo of goods and attach it to your DELIVERY REPORT. 
Thus, every DELIVERY REPORT should contain: 
A. TRACKING INFORMATION OF THE PACKAGE RECEIVED; 
B. DESCRIPTION OF GOODS; 
C. POSSIBLE NOTICE OF GOODS DAMAGE; 
D. A CLEAR PICTURE OF COMMERCIAL INVOICE/MERCHANDISE RETURN FORM; 
E. A CLEAR PICTURE OF GOODS; 
F. APPROXIMATE PACKAGE WEIGHT; 
G. DATE AND APPROXIMATE TIME YOU'VE RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. 
7. You should wait for further instructions and prepaid shipping label 
to ship out the package when you're done with the DELIVERY REPORT. 
Every DELIVERY REPORT should be emailed to me as soon as possible to 
speed up the shipping process. Most packages should be shipped out the 
same or the next business day. However some of the packages may 
require to be stored for up to 10 business days.
SHIPPING LABELS:
(!) IMPORTANT: Some packages may contents return shipping labels 
inside the box. You should NOT use these shipping labels if you find 
any. I will email you prepaid shipping labels as well as detailed 
shipping instructions for every package. 
COMBINING AND WRAPPING: 
Some packages will require to be combined into a bigger box. The 
company will provide you with the boxes. You will get a parcel with 
empty boxes in the nearest 10 business days. However you should find 
some boxes for the emergency case. Please let me know if you don't 
have or don't know where to find the boxes. 
Some packages will require to be wrapped or rewrapped using the gift 
wrapping paper. The company will provide you with the gift wrapping 
paper and all necessary materials. The materials will be shipped to 
you in the nearest 10 business days. There is no need to find any 
wrapping materials by yourself. 
FAST ACTION IS OUR EVERYTHING: 
Please note that the fastest you complete the shipping tasks the more bonuses you can earn. Fast action is our everything. This is what 
we are looking for in Logistics Coordinator. The company provides coordinators with a complex Bonus Program. I will email you the program details prior to the date you get the first package.
REIMBURSEMENT PROCESS:
The company provides reimbursement for gas, printer supplies and any other kind of payments you can meet during the job processing. The reimbursement will be added to your monthly payment amount. To get the reimbursement you should email me a REIMBURSEMENT REPORT in a timely fashion. The report should contain:

1. Employee. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company hereby
engages the Employee to perform the services set forth herein, and the Employee hereby accepts
such engagement under W-2 (TD1 for Canada) tax form.
2. Duties, Term, and Compensation. The Employee’s duties, term of engagement,
compensation and provisions for payment thereof shall be as set forth in the estimate previously
provided to the Company by the Employee and which is attached as Exhibit A, which may be
amended in writing from time to time, or supplemented with subsequent estimates for services
to be rendered by the Employee and agreed to by the Company, and which collectively are
hereby incorporated by reference.
3. Salary. As full compensation for the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, the
Company shall pay the Employee $3,200 in 30 calendar days after the first package has been
shipped, receiving further $800 a week each Friday. The training is paid and provided. Payments
are carried out by direct deposit (bank transfer), Paypal, Cash App, Zelle (Interact for
Canadians) or Western Union
4.Employment Classification. The Employee will be engaged on a part-time or full-time basis
for the period of 1 year. During the employment with the Company, the Employee may
undertake any outside business interest or activity without the prior consent of the Company.

5. Written Reports. The Company may request that project plans, progress reports and a final
results report be provided by the Employee on a monthly basis to the online Smart Panel
(Dashboard). A final results report shall be due at the conclusion of the project and shall be
submitted to the Company in a confidential written report at such time. The results report shall
be in such form and setting forth such information and data as is reasonably requested by the
Company.
6.Vacation. The Employee shall be entitled to a paid vacation of 3 weeks yearly after 3 months
of employment, at any time upon 5 business days written notice to the Company.
7. Reimbursement of Expenses. In exceptional cases where Employee might incur expenses
for furthering the Company's business, which may include expenses for additional shipping
materials (a shipping box), the Company shall reimburse Employee only after the Employee
presents an itemized account of expenditures with official receipts, pursuant to Company policy.
A regular printer, ink and paper are reimbursed as well.
8. Insurance and plans:
- Two options for your health insurance plan (PPO or High Deductible)
- Prescription drug coverage (included in your health insurance plan)
- Vision and dental insurance plans
- A robust 401k plan with up to a 5% the Company match
- A retirement savings plan that is 100% company funded
9. Disability. In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or
incapacity, the compensation during said illness or incapacity will be reduced by 20 percent.
The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon Employee’s return to work provided
the Employee submits satisfactory documents supporting his/her absence. However, if the
Employee cannot provide supporting documents, the Company may terminate the Employee's
contract, and the Company's obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.
10. Taxes. Form W-2 is completed by the Company and contains important information that
you need to complete your tax return. It reports your total wages for the year and the amount of
federal, state, and other taxes withheld from your pay.

11. Confidentiality of Proprietary Information. The Employee agrees, directly or indirectly,
not to use or disclose any of the Company’s confidential information or trade secrets to any
person, firm, corporation, or entity. If it appears that the Employee has disclosed (or has
threatened to disclose) such information in violation of this Agreement, the Company shall be
entitled to an injunction restraining the Employee from disclosing, in whole or in part, the said
information, or from providing any services to any party to whom such information has been
disclosed or may be disclosed. Any expenses the Company incurs considering information
confidentiality violation will be reimbursed by the Employee. The confidentiality provisions of
this Agreement will remain in full force and effect during the Employee’s employment period
and after its termination.
12.Termination. Without cause, the Company may terminate this agreement at any time upon
5 business days written notice to the Employee. At the Company’s request, the Employee will
continue to perform duties and will be paid regular salary up to the date of termination. Without
cause, the Employee may terminate the employment upon 5 business days written notice to the
Company. The Employee may be required to perform his/ her duties and will be paid the regular
salary up to the date of termination but will not receive severance allowance.
13. Successors and Assigns. All of the provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon and
inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, if any, successors, and
assigns.
14. Headings. Section headings are not to be considered a part of this Agreement and are not
intended to be a full and accurate description of the contents hereof.
15.Death Benefit. Should the Employee die during the term of employment, the Company shall
pay to the Employee's estate any compensation due through the end of the month in which death
occurred.
16.Assignment. The Employee shall not assign any of [his or her] rights under this Agreement,
or delegate the performance of any of [his or her] duties hereunder, without the prior written
consent of the Company.
17. Modification or Amendment. No amendment, change or modification of this Agreement
shall be valid unless in writing signed by the parties hereto.
18.Unenforceability of Provisions. If any provision of this Agreement, or any portion thereof,
is held to be invalid and unenforceable, then the remainder of this Agreement shall nevertheless
remain in full force and effect.

COMPENSATION:

I was also targeted by this company given the same remote quality control inspector to be paid 3,200 monthly to send out packages. I gave my personal information such as my social security number, date of birth, and my address.

Just learned I am the most recent victim of this package forwarding scam. I was offered a job a few weeks ago by Michael out of NYC 521 57th St. NY NY 10019 . I am to receive packages open them photograph the contents , remove the invoices photograph them and upload them to this user log page freightspnl.com/user/packages.php
I have received 3 so far. Today is my third. I was trying to add the log page to my phone when the internet matched that address ro complaints on this page. I am supposed to get , just like others have said , $3200 after my 30 day trial and $800 weekly after that. Daily I am accruing " bonuses " for receiving the packages. It is too coincidental that the exact web address and money are mentioned here are the same as what I am using. I am informing them I am quitting today. This world is hot mess now. Scams seem to outweigh legitimate job opportunities.
