While looking for a business that builds metal garages an ad popped up on my facebook for a quote on metal garages, I contacted a sales woman named Cat of Rehoboth Massachusetts. Cat then took all the information regarding size of the building, features and colors and connected me with Northeast Metal Structures LLC a registered business out of North Carolina. I then received a quote, drawings and a terms of conditions pdf by email from a sales person named Luis at Northeast Metal structures LLC, once all the details of the buildings were completed I was told to mail a check to Jairo R Perry Hill Road Kingston NY. The check for $25,000 was cashed immediately and over the next 4 months my contact with Cat was met with lots of "I don't knows the contractor is busy". I asked Cat for my money back and was told she didn't work for Northeast Metal Structures LLC. I asked for the owners number and when I called the number it just rings no voicemail and when I text the number no one responds. I was able to reach the owner using a phone from a friend and once I said who I was I was hung up on. Two weeks ago I got a call from the owner saying he would start the project the following week but one showed up and once again when I call I get no response. I called from a friends number and the owner answered but when he found who I was he hung up on me. Two weeks ago I got a call from the owner saying he would be out to build my building next week but never showed up and again won't answer my calls.
