We have been dealing with Northern Elite now for over 3 months now to sell my tumeshare and they keep asking for more money to be sent to move forward. Has anyone had this issue and did you keep sending money and did it finally get resolved? Getting Leary enough to not send anymore but don't want to lose what we've sent

Dealing with northern elite group was quite a ride! At first, I hit a few bumps in the road and felt prrtty lost. But their team stuck with me every step of the way, answering my questions and keeping me in the loop. Even though it was a bit of a rollercoaster, they helped me get a successful sale of my Vidanta property at the end. I appreciate their hard work and patience.

Having to comply with Mexican laws has been a tough one for us but thankfully we received out payout this morning. It was difficult in this economy to maintain a home as well as a timeshare with all the fees involved, and also the funds that we had to put out but we received compensation payments and were well taken care of during our process by our great broker and by Mr. Gallegos as well. It was such a relief feeling seeing our payout in our bank account for sure

Hi. Did you find them on your own or were you connected through a different company? If latter, may I ask which one? What road blocks did you hit and did you have to pay anything? Appreciate any information you can provide. There is not much information about them so we are a little concerned.

Northern Elite Group is who I was working with. They asked me to send money for the sale of my RCI membership and a Resort in Mexico. I sent the capital gains to Mexico so they would release my funds for the sale and then they turned around and asked for more money. We sent over $11,000 for the Capital gains. It looked legit. Then they wanted over $20,000 to release the funds. NOW no one is returning any calls or emails. The group that connected us to Northern Elite was the Membership company known as Innvictous Luxury Group and the GNP Insurance Company.
I should have known better. This is a warning to all.

Had a similar experience however I did receive my funds for the purchase of my vidantae membership. It was a hassle because I had the membership transferred under my legal name during the entire process and that added more time and money and I did begin getting skeptical about it all but thankfully it worked out in the end.

I was so relieved that I did not have to go down down to Chicago from Albuquerque to complete my transaction. Having everything completed online and by phone was so easy and saved a whole lot of time and money.
I am also relieved I do not have to continue paying fees to use my timeshare since I am no longer a member of Westgate. I had good years and bad years using the timeshare but it was finally time to sell.
Northern took care of all the paperwork (which was a lot) and all of the required legal paperwork as well so this was also a relief. I received access to my funds once everything was submitted.

I had previously worked with a separate company for the sell of 2 memberships I no longer wanted to be a part of, and I had a very rough encounter with the whole process so I decided to cancel at the end. I was a bit on edge about working with another company and start the process all over but since I was recommended to Northern I decided to give it another shot.
I was finally able to sell both of my timeshares in a little over 30 days total- so this was a great opportunity for me. I received a better purchase price than the original company I was working with so that was a plus-

Had a bit of a complicated case regarding a membership I have been wanting to sell for a while. I was simply not making use of my Pueblo Bonito membership in which I had to pay a high yearly maintenance fee and I was just not going to travel in the next 5 years. I decided to sell..
It took a while to get my paperwork submitted and I did have to pay some funds up front to get the membership relinquished however, I was compensated for this in the end and I was able to receive a bit extra for the membership. Overall I am glad this worked out for me because I was getting unhopeful, but I know every case is different. My broker went out of her way really in helping me close and in finding a great buyer as well for my weeks. I guess I am just more happy about not having to pay that maintenance fee and instead being able to spend that money in something else.

My husband and I were referred to Northern Elite by our good friend Kevin.
We have been owners of Villa group since 2005, but we have decided it was time to sell our timeshare. We were expecting get at least a fraction of the price of what we had invested originally. It was very surprising to us that at the end we made more than our original invested price which seemed way to good to be true, until we received our deposit for the transaction.
It was helpful having a friend that had already gone through the motions of selling through this company, it helped us receive more information and trust in this. We are very happy with this company.

Northern Elite Group and their team went out of there way to provide us with a great customer support team, and their broker went out of their way to helping break down the weeks that we own so that we may get better offers from buyers. We were bought out from Vidanta by a travel agency that resales weeks or points. We are confident that more people are going to enjoy the weeks and money we had invested, all while we enjoy the money we received in the exchange! Patience is key

Keeping my promise of posting a good comment once this whole deal came to an end.
Northern Elite found the best buyer for my Hilton Grand Vacation property. The funds were transferred right before my closing, and after compliance with all the paperwork was complete, we were deposited the funds directly to our bank account.
The paperwork took some time to get processed and submitted but we were keeping a close eye on everything and in close touch with our broker to ensure that everything worked smoothly. Thankfully it did which is why I am writing this comment!

I´ve been telling all of my fellow retired friends about this company. We all went timeshare crazy back in 2005-2009 when times were easier and dedicated towards family travels. Now, I only find myself taking about one vacation a year to quiet places. So, we outgrew our timeshare and it was time to say goodbye..

This new way of splitting weeks or finding buyers for these properties make a great investment that goes towards our retirement. Northern came in on taking care of all the legal issues between Mexico and the U.S while I just sat by and waited for my money to start coming through. My broker is awesome and she always comes through with any news or updates on people looking for weeks like the ones I own so that we both make our money.

My friends have also started to look into working with this company and putting more money away for the future.

Had an outstanding balance on Wyndham that I sold through Northern which made the process longer than expected and also a bit difficult. I had to pay the balance upfront and then once I received then money for the property I was reimbursed the money along with the total amount. This made me nervous but honestly my broker helped me through the whole process and also ended up giving me more money for the inconvenience. I now finally have access to all of my funds and all the money I put in forward towards the transaction. I would suggest to take care of any outstanding balances, especially with Wyndham before initiating the selling process. I am really just glad I got rid of them.

I was a huge fan of traveling and purchasing timeshares back in the late 2000´s when they were a good investment. Now, since I slowed down on traveling they are nothing but a never ending expense. I was introduced to Northern by a salesman in Cabo, we began working with the company last year and I have sold 2 timeshares through Northern. Currently I am selling my third and last timeshare through Northern.

Been working with Northern Elite for some time now. This company always goes above and beyond into finding the perfect buyer for your property. The transaction has been lengthy because of all the paperwork involved. I like the fact that everything is done electronically because I hardly leave the house. There are no communication issues between me and the company thus far.

my dad left park royal in his trust for me and my sister after his passing. Both of us did not like the fact that we had to continue paying maintenance fees and renewing every year. PLUS neither me or my sister like traveling so we were offered a pretty good chuck of money for park royal by Northern Elite. Doing business with Northern is smooth sailing and we did not have any issues other than longer wait time than what we thought. We did have a lot of stuff that we needed to submit since we needed to send all of my dad´s information and it was scattered. Northern was patient and the employees were as well. We really do recommend Northern as a company.

I did not know my property was worth so much to others. When I received an appraisal for my property about 5 years ago through a separate company, it was a very mediocre amount so I am glad I did not proceed. Once I came across Northern Elite, the company re-appraised my property and my weeks were worth triple the amount I was offered at the other company. I liked that Northern went out of their way to make sure my property sold for what it was worth

Had about 70k invested in Villa Group in a 10 year span. I was sold when Northern offered me more than double the amount and I was even more happy when the money was finally in my possession. The process did take a while for me after all the documents that needed to be submitted and approved, so that extended my closing a bit, but I would do it all over again if I had to since Northern gave me the best deal for my investment

Recently sold my Vidanta timeshare to Northern Elite Group. We decided to sell to Northern because they gave us the best price on our membership compared others or compared to what Vidanta wanted to buy it back for. We had no issues with this process which made us feel very trusted that it was all going to work out and thankfully it did. We got our money deposited into our account in 35 days (Was supposed to be 30 but we had some issues with our bank) . After making adjustments with our bank, the money was cleared into our account.

Had a very effective experience with the purchase of my timeshare through Northern Elite Group. My closing date extended a bit due to some paperwork issues which made me a little nervous but it helped that the company was in constant communication with me the entire time. I was able to get my funds deposited without hassle. I have recommended Northern Elite Group to all of my friends who are done traveling!

I acutally want to talk about how effective this company is for all timeshare purchasing services. Title searches, appraisals, money transfers, are all services provided my Northern Elite Group. This company purchased my timeshare from me back in 2010, and I just recently had my older brother use this company to also buy their timeshare for a very good price. The brokers are very friendly people who are always looking towards getting your the best offer. Everything is usually concluded days before the closing date stated on the contracts. I really rely on this company.
