They advised me I'm approved for a loan of $60k that I can pay back over 50 years at 7% interest, with no penalties to pay it back ahead of time. However, due to my existing credit file, that I had 3 choices to be approved, one I could put my property as guarantee, 2) I could get a co-signer with credit score of over 650 with property to co-sign and put their property for collateral, or 3) Their most popular option, I could pay for their insurance program which would cost me $2200 and I would be reimbursed after 8 months of payments on time. While their website looks legit, I can't find any information about them in Google searches. I'm weary if this is a legitimate offer or not....

They reached out to me saying i qualified for a $20,000.00 at 7% interest. But i did not qualify for a loan on my own but if i paid their protection progam of $1,395.00 and i didn't miss any payments for 12 months i would get my money back. I started to question the integrity of the loan - and he started to get aggitated with me. They sent me a contract via docu sign. Seemed really legit. Thank goodness i didnt do it.
