This company uses instagram to market fake products such as kitchen/butcher knives. Their instagram links their website (www.northernknife.co.uk) where they scam you into paying for a product that never arrives. I ordered the product from the website linked in their instagram on 11/30/24 and received an order confirmation email with no order number. The order confirmation email states the order has shipped and includes a link to "Track my order" but the email provides no order number or tracking number. The link in the email directs you to a page on their website where you can track your order, but requires your order number which was never provided in the confirmation email. I waited a week to email customer service ([email protected]) to request a refund. When customer service responded to my email on 12/9/24, they assured me that my order had been shipped but the tracking number provided by USPS (their partner courier) was not available.

I went back to their instagram page and saw several comments by other uses who have ordered from this company but never received any items. This company removes all comments from their posts daily, to prevent potential buyers from reading the negative reviews and finding out that this is a scam. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank and was immediately contacted again by the company asking why I filed a dispute. They keep assuring me that the items are en route, however they refuse to provide any tracking information so I am able to track my order nor are they willing to provide a refund.
