This company advertises North Face backpacks and at the time I ordered had a California address listed on their website. After I placed the order the items were shipped from China, when I received them they weren’t the color or style I ordered let alone the quality they represented on their website. These are very cheap imitations not worth a fraction of what they’re charging. They are offering an $18 refund as if that will do any good, citing international shipping charges and trying to say that what I received is worth more than what I ordered when clearly what I received isn’t even worth the $18. beware!
