I am looking for help determining if this is fact a scam, or is it legit? I am unable to find any information about this company online. It said I was the winner of a lottery, and I do play several types online. The company has not asked me for any money and advises me that all fees are and will be paid for me. Tells me not to share my personal information and that is what the confirmation/ reference numbers are for, in order to confirm my identity. It tells me congratulations I am the winner of 100,000 dollars. I have not been able to reach anyone through the number on the letter because of the time difference between Tennessee and United Kingdom. (Just received letter today) The prize director's name is David Eastwood or to contact Kate Randolph at the number provided. The letter is on kind of plain printer paper and could be typed up using a simple word program with minimal computer skills, but the envelope is post marked by the royal mail. I will attach a copy of the letter and will keep my personal information folded out of the pic.

Please could someone help me determine if this is a scam or not. I am used to getting tons of email scams and just ignoring them, but this letter is not asking for most all the info the scams I'm used to seeing ask for, at least they not asking for it at this time.

I am a disabled construction worker and like most Americans I'm struggling to stay afloat. I had my left leg amputated, but I work a full time job and take care of my family, I take care of my mother, and it's tough to make ends meet. I am vulnerable to something like this cause it is extremely difficult to make ends meet and it sure would be a blessing from God to finally be able to breathe easier for just a little while and to be able to buy my sons basketball team new uniforms and to finally get an air conditioning unit in our home. I have not been able to afford the repairs to my 20 year old central unit. We have suffered all summer in the Tennessee Heat and humidity. I'n sorry for sharing my situation, I just want people to know how easy it would be to scam me. Also I'm to trusting and always keep faith for positive things and blessings. Again please help me determine if this is legit, I have had no luck finding out information online about this, neither good nor bad. Have a blessed day and thank you for any help.
