This is Jaela Bailes and I'm contacting you regarding your resume being approved for a Remote Data Entry/Customer Service/Administrative Assistant position with a pay rate of $28/hr. You are required to contact the HR on Signal Private Messenger

Thank you!". I contacted the above per the app above. There we went through interview questions and they told me I scored an 81% and congratulated me on becoming part of the team. They then sent me a check which came in the form of a cashier's check. This was for all the supplies needed for the job. They had me make payments to "Vendors" and then 3 days later the check did not clear. When I contacted them they told me the "practice patients" and that they were going to send me a direct deposit of the funds that did not clear. It then hit me that I had been scammed and closed my banking account. They then messaged me later that night and said that the payment had gone through. All communication was then cut.
