I ******* ******  a senior citizen was scam by a person pretending to be Norton anti virus support by the phone #1-646-513-5313. I had a virus on my android phone so I called to get a 17.99 sub for 1 year. The young man kept me on the phone for an hour doing things to my phone this was on day 1/26/24 then he said just a few more things I need to do. He consistently kept doing things to my phone. The next day he call again; and said the transaction needs to be done again. I called my bank and to my surprise 200.00 was debit out of my bank card, another 200.00 from another card. I immediately closed each account then my bank stated addition 50.00 was taken also. He used both transaction to purchased clothes at LuLuemon sport store. They need to be prosecuted for taking individual hard earned funds help me catch these criminals.
