Email said my credit card was charged 288.99 for Norton renewal and if i didn't authorize the transaction to call 1-847-886-4428 within 24 hours. I called the number and they said they would refund my money and some how got into my computer and said they would do 2 transactions one for200.00 and one for 88.99 and he told me to type in 200.00 and it popped up 2000.00 and he blamed me for the mistake and said he would need 1700.00 from me to make up for the mistake so he had me go to Wal-Mart and get two 500.00 apple gift cards and send the pictures of them to him via [email protected], so I did and he told me he would call me the next day for the other 700.00 because there's a 1000.00 limit per day on the credit card. He called back the next day and i about sent him the money but i figured out it didn't seem right so i called the credit card company and asked them about the 288.99 debit. And the 2000.00 credit and they were not on my card so I called the sheriff's department and filed a police report they said it was a scam not to send anymore money and to block his number. He got into my computer and locked it up so i had to take it to get fixed which cost me another 200.00 . I figure i lost 1200.00 so far. He used scare tactics and threats and harassment. They also used the email address savannah@@77-69597.
