They didn't remember the amount correctly, didn't ask for the invoice number, were going to give me back more than they charged. They asked me to go to www.teamviewer.com and their tech support would help me correct the problem. I happened to know that my boss, an IT Director, had used that software to take control of my company laptop and install and configure software for me. The most popular explanation of their goals is identity theft. They could, of course, have uninstalled things, or installed viruses like ransomware. There are other programs that allow remote control of a computer. I'm not sure, but I think I received the same type of scam on my phone. I was so tired I did not recognize the scam, but just closed it up and went back to sleep.
Note the E-mail is an individual at Gmail.com, and that it was sent to me as BBC. That could easily mean they sent out a mass mailing at one shot, and used this to keep people from recognizing that it was a mass mailing. I've used that technique when sending announcements to people when some of them were sensitive about sharing their E-mail address.

I was to call the number within 24 hours to cancel and avoid being charged $499.99 ($299.99 Norton Security for 2 year, $200 for Technical Support for all Device 2 year).
I called to cancel and they wanted to know if I was at my Computer. They said they needed to access my computer to cancel my renewal. I told them I would call back - which I didn't.
And I don't have Norton on my computer now, and I never did!
