The tactics the scammer tried using were a legitimate company's name, of course. They also used an invoice number and my email address. An actual product that Norton has was being advertised for auto-renewal. I'm familiar with it, but I don't have my account. However, I do know what an auto-renewal email would look like, which seemed very fraudulent. Then there were the package details, notes, and contact us information full of grammatical errors like unnecessary spaces, certain words not being capitalized, words put together that shouldn't be, and anything else you can think of that was there.
