The phone number I provided in the first part of this survey is their "dedicated customer support team."
They also include: "Need Help? +1 833-333-3962"
Included in the email message: Customer ID#, Invoice #, and Customer Email. I do not recognize the first two numbers; but they did include my correct email address.
The invoice is for a 5-year renewal of "NortonLifeLock" with 0% sales tax.
At bottom of email: "Thank you NORTON Life Lock Security. This email was sent from a secure and trusted source. All images are registered trademarks of Norton. (c) 2024 NortonLifeLock. All rights reserved."
