I called and I was forwarded to an Executive who said that the other department would issue a refund, but he needed me to go to my computer so he could tell me what to do. Alert! I told him this sounded like a scam, and he argued that he was trying to help me and hung up. The amount has not posted yet on either a credit card or bank account. They said-24-48 hours. So I have not YET lost any money.
