My father got an email saying he was going to charge him $552 for services from Norton security services that he did not purchase! I called 1-877-412-0776 to see what was going on n try to cancel it when the man on the other line was very ignorant and told me not to call back! Well I did and got a different man which was rude again but this time said **** you and hung up on me again. I called back for the third time got yet a different gentleman that said he would cancel it and that my father should get an email confirmation. He has yet to receive an email saying that it was canceled.
