This was the second email I received from a "Norton Store" thanking me for my 2 year subscription to Norton Antivirus. It said a payment of $208.05 per annum was being charged to my account and that "auto renew" had been enabled. It gave me a product code and order number and said if I wanted to upgrade or cancel the subscription I should contact "support" at the number given. I did so and spoke to a man that I had a hard time hearing as the sound was very fractured. He asked if I wanted to cancel or upgrade my service. I asked him how an account had been opened in my name when I had not done so. He asked again what I wanted to do and told me to go to my computer and he would walk me through the steps to cancel the order. I told him that as I'd not ordered anything I was not about to give him access to my computer. I refused to give him access to my computer a second time and told him I was going to contact the ScamPulse.com when he hung up.
