Received an email saying I am being charged $499 for a Norton Auto-Renewal.

I called the 888 number to ask them to cancel this immediately.

Man with what sounded like a South East Asian accent asked me to go to www.anydesk.com and download something, and continued to give me directions to take further action downloading sites.

He said this is the way to cancel the Norton order.

I told him I did not feel comfortable downloading anything further.

He IMMEDIATELY hung up the phone when I said that.
