N M created a website for his online toys and collectibles store. He uses facebook, instagram, and whatnot to sell product. On April 23, 2023 I preordered two boxes of Lorcana first chapter from his store using my credit card. The pre order required payment in full. In August when the pre order should have been fulfilled by N’s store, he stated the distributor did not fulfill his order and requested I waited for the product. At this point I could not charge back my purchase as it was 90 days past the i initial payment. In November 2023, I requested a refund which N stated he initiated. After a month of waiting I contacted my bank and they stated he never refunded the purchase. I contacted N and he blocked me on all social media accounts and has shut down his online store and is unable to be further contacted. N is not returning my $389.90.
