I needed a pressure washing job done on my vinyl siding and kept seeing his ad on Facebook so I contacted him. I let him know that I was getting quotes. He said would have to know how big my house was and to give him the address so that he could google map to determine the size so he will know how much to charge. I did that and he sent me an electronic estimate to sign. He told me he would get back with me for an appointment time. We made an initial appointment but he said he was running late and that he could not arrive til 8:00 that night...I told him I would reschedule because that was a little too late. He said it would only take about 45 minutes, but I declined. I never planned on calling him back because I felt uncomfortable...then when I got home from work yesterday, I had a tag on my door and on the back it said,"Hope everything looks good! I walked around the side and back of my house and realized he had been here. I checked my ring cameras and they confirmed it. I asked him why and who told him to come to my house unauthorized? He said you signed an estimate. I said I did not make an appointment and confirm with you that I wanted your services. He said you signed the estimate and that was all he needed. I told him that is not the way to do business. He threatened to take me to court and hung up on me.
