I saw several ads for Judy Jeans on Tick Tock and after looking at all reviews, decided to order them. When you go to the website it states that they are based in the United Kingdom and had a UK address. I assumed that it would be safer since it wasn't coming from China. Once I placed the order, I waited for them to come. After 2 weeks they had not been shipped so I contacted the company. They assured me that they would be sent immediately. 2 weeks later I received them. I opened the packages and immediately knew they were not what I had ordered. The colors of the jeans were not even close to what was advertised. I contacted them several times without much help. They said I could return them if I pay for shipping fee and there is no guarantee that I will receive my money back. Now I have to pay to have them shipped to CHINA when the return address on their package (that I received) has a New Jersey address. I am very frustrated and not sure what to do at this point.

This site advertised name brand jeans, but did not send name brand jeans. Instead, they sent jeans of low quality with broken zippers and ignored my requests for a refund.
