Customer service doesn't respond

they ahve a fake number that tells you "they are busy" and to email. I got my serum and after application got a very bad reaction from it after trying on one side. Let's just say it is very, VERY swollen and I can barely open my eye right now. Luckily I tried it on one side first. So now im trying to contact them but no one is answering. after some reasearch I see alot of ppl are saying this product is fake and the company is a scam. If I had known this i would have nevver made the purchase.

I purchased an eyelash serum from Nourishlash in Sept 2019. I received the product close to 3 weeks after purchasing and I wish to return it because I'm getting a reaction to the ingredients (site claims it is vegan, gluten, and paraben free.) The website claims to offer a "60-day full money back guarantee", "100% satisfaction guarantee", "24/7 Customer Support", "hassle free returns", and "secured check out". THIS IS 100% FALSE. The company does not have a phone number to contact, they utilize only a chatbot on their website. After you submit an inquiry message into the chatbot, there's a message stating you will receive a response within 24-48 hours. I have contacted the chatbot on FIVE separate occasions regarding a return/refund for the past month. I then contacted the company on Instagram, in which the media team tried helping me out. They asked for my email address in which they would relay it to the customer service department to get a hold of me. That was six days ago and there has not been a response since. This company seems very fraudulent to me for several reasons, one being the non-existent customer service. Second, I hopped on their social media accounts and there are other folks who are leaving comments on their social media accounts regarding refunds and communications. I dug in a bit more and searched for the company online using the address listed on Nourishlash website: 14320 Ventura Blvd, Ste 520, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423 Lo and behold! There are four other companies utilizing the same address, selling similar products, using the exact same customer online interface, same branding, but under different names. These are the other company names: NourishVita, NourishMax, NourishLash, StretcHeal, and Cureganics. I searched Nourishlash through the ScamPulse.com site and Nourishmax came up. Recently, there have been several people making similar complaints against Nourishmax regarding non-responsive messages, refunds, returns, and products burning their skin! This company MUST be investigated!!
