I accepted a onetime offer, advertised through Costco, from NouVee face cream for $6.59 and a NouVee face serum for $7.49 in December. Since then, they charged me for a face cream costing $87.43 and a face serum for $89.65 in January, in February and charged me again to March.

The only email they sent me, offers me no way to cancel or contact them. It is only a receipt. I can send a copy. I have been attempting to communicate with them since January with no response, at 833-270-7728. As it is impossible for me to contact them or for them to respond, I am writing to prevent this subscription scam.

There was an online offer for a free sample when you just pay shipping and handling. The offer was for Nouvee face cream. When that order was placed, there was a secondary item offered for an additional $7+. There was no way to "avoid" the secondary purchase but it did show up as a declined offer by my credit card so the second item was never actually purchased. About a month later I received an additional face cream container, but I did not order the product. When contacting nouvee at 833-270-7728, I was quickly advised that a refund would not be issued as they signed me up for a monthly subscription automatically with the free purchase claiming I authorized it with the free sample purchase. The price of the sample was about $6 and the monthly charge is $89.65. They claim to have now cancelled the subscription but after quick research it appears that this may be an ongoing issue. I want to warn others that this is a subscription scam. When calling my credit card company it appears that they charged me for the free sample on 12/29, then again for the full product on 1/27 and again on 2/15 and only 1 product was received. Doing some research it appears that they are operating under several different websites and names- my cc showed up as pure diet formulation.co, while the product is nouvee face cream.
