They are a complete scam! What kind of [censored] preys on kids and parents with a scam?! They got $305.99 from me, stopped responding to emails then an hr before the party claimed the actor was injured and refused a refund. They then threatened me when I wanted my money back. I WILL get to the bott of this if at all possible and get them shut down! Ugh!

Tried to hire an Ironman for my 4 year olds birthday. they are scammers please don’t pay them a dime. The worst of the worst human beings to try and rip off a kids birthday party!

Nova Belle got my information from The Bash. I booked an entertainer for a princess party and received a call at the time of the party that the performer was “sick”. I was then told they did not provide refunds and was threatened if I refused payment from my credit card company that they would double charge my card. I was verbally accosted by the person who called. I don’t believe this to be a legitimate company. I get no response from emails or phone calls. There is no way a real company conducts business like this. It’s a complete scam.

Nova Bell Party took my credit card and payment IN FuLL without providing Princesses confirmed for my granddaughters 5th birthday.

The event was rescheduled due to Covid and they refused to respond to my phone call and email for the rescheduled PAID-FOR date.

The only way Nova Belle could’ve gotten my phone number was through another event service.

I’ve been robbed of $450 and no princess party for my 5yr old granddaughter.

I am an owner of a business myself, and believe and transparent customer service.
