Ordered online. Sent me different item than pictured and described. When attempted to contact by email for refund or correct item they responded:

"Dear customer, We are very sorry to disappoint you with our products. Would you like to keep the product please? Wish you a happy life!"

Has not responded to my follow up.

Website says its ScamPulse.com accredited A+ but the company listed as Nova Craft is not listed.
