These guys don’t know anything about duct cleaning. STAY AWAY. SCAMMERS. They’ll come but they left our house so dusty that we had to spend 8 hours cleaning (so far) everything upstairs and downstairs. Dust on our beds, tables, dressers, EVERYTHING! Shawn told me he would E-transfer me my money back but ignores my calls and text messages. He says that he is a subcontractor to this company. I took off an access panel to the supply and to the return air ducts and they were FILTHY. All they did was blow around some dust. Can’t speak English. My wife was working in her office from home and all of a sudden the dust started blowing into her room through the heat register. “They” said it was “impossible”. Really? STAY AWAY! Better to pay a reputable company double than to deal with the aftermath.
And oh... did I say SCAMMERS and STAY AWAY from these guys?
They even called 2 days after this to see if they could book an appointment for duct cleaning...so not only are they SCAMMERS, but they’re unorganized! (Something to laugh at through this grief!).

This company advertised in our small town of irricana stating they were hard done by kovid and needed the work we thought we would help local. The price was 180 For the entire house. Once they were done they brought me down to the furnace and air conditioning Room and told me how awful it wasn't dirty and that for another $200 they would clean all of these ducts as well. They did some trickster thing where they blew air up inside the vent and it made the dirt fly around to make it look like it was really bad and I fell for it I decided to go ahead. I I then found another company advertising Then found another company advertising the same thing The same thing I contacted them and ask them if the air conditioning and furnace vents were included or wasn't an extra cost they said no it is included and nobody should charge you more for that.
I contacted the original company I contacted the original company And my contact person named Jack was quite rude and said no company whatever do that so I sent him the information on the company that is doing that and he refused to answer I asked for a refund for the $200 he will not return my text messages They are not BB be accredited Nor should they ever be Just beware this company is a sham

They keep calling me even when I have repeatedly asked them not to. Today, the agent gave their company name - novaduct, as well as the beginning of their address - downtown avenue (neither town name or street # were provided) before hanging up the call. The phone number on my caller ID was 647-705-6017, though I have no idea if it was spoofed or real.

I purchased a Groupon for Air duct cleaning and the company is still on Groupon called Nova Duct Cleaning. I called them and made an appointment 3 times and nobody showed up. I moved all furniture to have access to the ducts in the whole house and made the time to be home all 3 times but they never showed up or called except once and they said their tech fell down from a roof and broke something so they rescheduled my appointment and never showed up.
