Got email receipt math didn’t add up on receipt and was nothing like the cost on website.
Emailed using the address on both receipt and website - came back failed. Tried to submit form via website it was denied. No contact number available
Have reported to bank and companies house doubt I’ll ever receive a refund

I placed an order on December 12, 2021 never received a refund or the product. Some person called Nick emailed me and said they would ship the product as soon as possible but I never received it. I've repeatedly asked for a refund. They will not return emails. Very disappointing and ungodly to say the least. They need to be stopped. And now they have a complete website. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM.

I ordered from their site was told I would receive item in no more than 5 days. It's been 2 weeks and I have never received the item. But they got the money the day item was ordered. Contacted the site about the problem and never heard back from them. I contacted Cashapp and they can't help because the site I bought it from, did not send me any information on the order I placed. But Cashapp let the payment go through and I now can't or wouldn't help me because I got scammed.

I made an order a month ago in auliberty.com , I haven't receive any track number till now and I sent twice email to [email protected] and nonone answers to me. There is no other way to contact with the company.

They are really bad-faith operators - scam on-line organization with half-dozen different names - I got ripped-off through COCODDY - we have located their base of operations and have sent Sonny to speak with them and their loved ones!

and up till now there is no communication with this criminals. When i check the status from one yahoo page it says awaiting shipment for almost a month it has not changed. Please please this company must be reported for defrauding innocents victims. Now i need my money back and there is no way to trace them. No telephone. The only email they have is fraud as well. this can not be. I need my money back. I am no longer interested in whatever they are selling.

I ordered from Merreview, item arrived in about 10 days BUT it was the wrong size and wrong colour, also the quality was rubbish.
I contacted them to be told, maybe keep the item and have a 15% refund, next reply was keep them and have 20% refund, then they told me keep them and have 30% refund. They don't fit, I want a refund.
To be able to send them back I have to pay overseas postage for something that they got wrong.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered Birkenstock’s from this company. I have tried many times to contact them because they have not been received. I see now that this company is a scam. I have filed a dispute with PayPal regarding this issue. They only have an address listed and no phone number. In my PayPal dispute, they are listed under the name Youtex International. I will be researching that name next! Ugh!
