I received a notice in the mail from NOVAD indicating that my mortgage servicing would transfer to this company on oct 8th and from that point on I need to send my payments to the address provided above. The next day, I received a letter, this time from Information Systems & Networking aka ISN working for HUD as a contractor that would start servicing their mortgage beginning oct 9th. I called my current mortgage company and they indicated that they are the only service and that would not be changing.
