Not a scam. ISN is a contractor for HUD that handles partial claims, etc. If you have ever had a modification on your loan or a forbearance and your loan is FHA insured, that is the only portion that is being serviced now by ISN.
This servicing transfer means that after this date ISN Corporation will be servicing your HUD subordinate mortgage loan and answering questions related to the HUD programs listed above. Nothing else about your HUD subordinate mortgage loan will change.

Again, this does not affect the servicing of your primary first mortgage loan and you should continue to make payments to your regular first mortgage servicer.

I received a letter from ISN and NOVAD indicating that my mortgage would now be serviced by NOVAD and to start sending my payments as of OCTOBER 8, 2021 to them. I immediately contacted my mortgage company to see why they had not sent me this notification. The letter indicated my FHA loan number and not my mortgage account number so I knew something was fishy. That this was a scam. I want others to be informed about this scam.

No money exchanged; recognized immediately as a scam! Received "Notice of Servicing Transfer" letter by US Postal service dated Sept 22, 2021 with a fake loan number and my name and actual home property address stating that mortgage payments currently being sent to NOVAD (information included boxes above; which is NOT my mortgage company!) was going to be ending October 8 and upon or after that date mortgage checks were to be mailed instead to ISN Corporation-Western Operation Center, Attention: Secretary Held Loan Serving, 2000 N Classen Blve., Suite # 3200, Oklahoma City, OK 73016, Phone 1-833-732-4353, Fax 1-405-724-7800. No company staff signature, staff title, etc. This is NOT my home mortgage carrier! Never heard of either of these companies prior to receiving this letter in the mail! My mortgage bills are all set up as automatic bank deductions and have been for many, many years; I do use and I have never mailed in an actual check for any of my mortgage payments! I know exactly who my mortgage company is, my mortgage company is NOT located in Oklahoma, and my mortgage company is neither NOVAD nor ISN!

This dictated that IFN Corporation would be sold my mortgage loan. I contacted my loan mortgage origination company and they let me know that no transition of the loan was being taken and that there is nothing in their system.

IFN Corporation claims they are a contractor of the US Dept of Housing and Urban Development.

I received a letter claiming my mortgage holder was transferring my account to a new servicer. I was instructed to send my mortgage payment to a new address. I called my mortgage company and was told no such transfer was taking place.

I received a letter from Novad saying that my mortgage was being transferred from them to ISN Corp. my mortgage company still has my loan. They ask me to send my payments to ISN after October 9.

I received a letter stating as of a certain date this company would be "collecting my mortgage payments". When I phones my lender to find out why they had sold my mortgage I was told they hadn't and don't sell mortgages.

I received a letter in the mail from NOVAD Management Consulting claiming my loan was transferred to a ISN Corporation-Western operation center..They are trying to get folks to send their payments to them instead of the bank..They also have a completely different loan number.
