Only worked for 3 weeks and did not have the charge cable.

I have Neuropathy in my feet. My husband saw an online ad for a pad you put your feet on and will help with the tingling and pain in your feet. It is called EMS NeuroMat. It should come with 1 EMS NeuroMat, 1 Control Unit, 1 Remote Control 1 USB Charger. With instructions there is a letter from Dr. Jack Rubenstein, Founder, Novus Pain Relief thanking you for purchasing product The 1st page of instructions tell you each component should be in box. Next sentence says, If you are missing any item, please double-check your box, then email us at [email protected]. I have never seen that sentence in a manual before. I have emailed them 3 times to no avail.The part that is missing is the USB Charge Cable. This $70.00 product cannot be used without cable. Then my husband saw 2 more substantial charges taken from his debit card. Our bank covered the two extra charges. We are still trying to get USB Cable or the $70.00 back. I hope no one else gets caught in this situation.
