I was forced to enter a made up phone number, email, and website to proceed to each subsequent page.
TWO CALLS both of them leaving a voicemail.

I am a retired State of North Carolina employee on the NC State Health Plan's Humana Medicare Advantage Plan. I was shocked to hear the automated recording (purportedly from "China mainland") say it was from Humana and to hear the same voice, intonation, pauses, etc. that had been heard on previous voice mails left by Humana. The message wanted me to call the number in the voicemail that was being presented as a Humana phone number. I did not call the number as I was concerned about the purposes of a call from an unrecognized numbered especially one from China.
