A person by the name of Jim Harris with NPG Litigation Services called regarding unpaid debts with Capital One, alleging that a lawsuit would be filed if the debts were not collected. An initial phone call requested an updated address for mailing, which was given to Jim. A second phone call came through with the same sort of threat, but after verifying the debt with Capital One, it was actually a debt that was sent to a different agency for a different amount. NPG Litigation Services would not give out any additional information regarding a brick and mortar address or website. No correspondence was ever sent through the mail, even with the address updated during the first phone call. No money was ever given to NPG Litigation Services.
