This number calls at least five to six times a day leaving messages saying I have a returned item from my bank. I've talked to representatives several times to tell them this not the right number to call for some woman named "Theresa" they always say, "We won't call again" then they call a couple of hours later. The company then called back and left a message telling me not to call back or hang up on them again. I informed them, I am not "Theresa" and MY bank reported to me there is NOTHING wrong with my bank account and no NSF/RETURN CHECKS and to report this company immediately. They will ask for your name and what bank and what account and I DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING. I said, "my name is not Theresa, you don't need my bank or any information from me" they get angry and say, "well how can we see if this is Theresa or not if you don't give us any information about your bank" I still do not give them anything. I tell them, they should not be calling and not providing names only and not the name of their company (they won't tell you the name of the company) they will say you have to tell them who you are first. At this point, this is harassment.

Person called saying we have an employee that owes them money and what was our procedure for having him served. If the employee didn't want to be served at work he could call her at 866-566-2845 and make an appointment to be served at work. She then stated further they attempted to serve him at home earlier and the papers were returned.
