I ordered a bike mirror which finally came after 3 weeks. The item is useless because the mirror is plastic with a hazzy surface making it impossible to see. I'm out $13 and would never do business with this company again.

NEUBY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

My wife tried this item (Invisible Posture Corrector - Supportive & Comforting) for several days/weeks and could not stand to wear it anymore. It was way too Uncomfortable. Primarily because the "small/thin" straps are not made wide enough to be comfortable wearing under the armpit. They are not wide enough and continually feel like it's cutting into your skin, especially with the elastic pressure.
Now Neuby is fighting me refusing to give me my full refund even though their Refund Policy clearly states on their website that “100% Satisfaction Is Guaranteed & a Full Refund based on Customer Satisfaction, No Questions Asked.” What a Joke, for the consumer!

Scam SHUT THEM DOWN! Stealing people's money.

We ordered $50 worth Biodegradable Grass Seed Mats for outdoor use. What was received was nothing more than folded up cheap green felt . No seeds are visible on the felt. The mats advertised were on a roll and what was sent were small folded packages of felt. The packaging was a black trash bag taped with orange tape. We emailed the customer service right away requesting our money back and we were told to send in a video of the merchandise. I already know how this is going to go and believe me I have all the time in the world to fight for my money back. This place should be shut down. Stealing people's money.

Refused return of defective product

Stay away from nueby. I ordered an audio cassette to digital converter from them, and it gave me problems right out of the box. I detailed the problems in an email and sent it to them and asked for return instructions. They asked me to video the problem (ridiculous!) but I did, and sent it to them again asking for return info. They told me they would send the video to the manufacturer "to assist me further". I told them it wasn't acceptable and again asked for return info. I told them I'd be posting negative reviews, and they thanked me for my patience. Stay away!

I requested a return for a Product with an on/off switch that broke off after 4 uses. They wanted me to send a video to prove I had the problem. When I finally did receive an RMA number for there return, I was told I would have to pay shipping back to China (the website claims they're located in Kentucky) since I broke the product by using it.

I ordered a stim machine for two months ago it did come but it only worked for 20 minutes it sends impulses too high or too low can't get ahold of them for refund I have tried over a dozen times they won't answer my emails or my phone call thank God I only lost $26. Norm

It looks like there are multiple occasions of this happening when you read reviews. I purchased a $150.00 pool float that was on sale for $80.00 from Nueby. It advertised on instagram by a different company so I googled to try to find a legitimate company to purchase from and Nueby seemed to be that. I was wrong. If you read the accounts there are multiple cases of this. I ordered the package and it has been "in transit" with USPS in Chicago, IL since March 31. I live in Midland, Texas and it is 4/26/2021. When I emailed "support" this was their reply was the statement written at the end of this email. They are trying to legitimize themselves by somehow doing this, but this issue has happened to multiple consumers that ordered from the company. They are not willing to help, send a refund, help track the package or send a replacement. I believe they are a scam company. There is no real address listed anywhere. Also, if they are in Kentucky and I am in Midland, Texas, why is my package stuck in Chicago? I hope these people are found and imprisoned!

I ordered a shower head for my husband. Didn't come, didn't come. I tried to reach out and nothing. Finally after begging and threatening to contact BBB, the shower head came. A showerhead only, no hose, no directions. We had to go buy a hose. When all was said and done, the $45 dollar showerhead i ordered cost over a $100. Buyer beware!

Order a car seat through the website "Nueby" then read reviews about it being a scam, I canceled my order with Nueby. I then ordered a beach shade through what i thought was Beachbe, the email thanking me for my order was from Neuby. No where on Beachbe website does it state they are owned by Nueby. I was sent a fake tracking number for my beach shade as well from another company that does not exist.
