I cancelled months ago. I just saw today that they have charged me four consecutive times. I searched on the internet. Seems like they do the same to a lot of. people. This is serious bad business and theft. Numerade.com is scamming a lot of people. Many complaints and similar experiences on the internet.

The website Numerade.com offers a free trial for helping with homework but this was the issue when wanting to cancel before getting charged it wouldn’t let u and they would ignore u so they could charge u and when u would try to get a refund it wouldn’t allow you to get one and it has been happening a lot

Numerade does not offer a customer service phone number or email. They offer an online contact method but never respond and continue to try to take payments even after cancellation of subscriptions. I had to order a whole new bank card because they tried my card multiple times a week for $180 and I am apparently not the only one.

The website emphasizes on this 7-day free trial and one in which you can cancel anytime, before the 7-day period ends. This company does this to gain access to the financial information of its users and disregards that 7-day free trial. Once you cancel your membership the access to the website is wiped but the payment goes through to Numerade. Customer service provides no help in these instances but can still clarify that there is a 7-day free trial in which you can cancel anytime before without getting billed.

I signed up for a free seven-day trial but it told me I had signed up for their annual subscription which was not what I consented to. The scammer is a tutoring and student homework help service that takes money from students who put in their account card information and charges them at random times, sometimes charging directly after signing up for the “free” seven-day trial. Many people have fallen for these tricks and it is a wonder how they still operate legally.

Signed up for a free subscription for homework help. was free for 7 days it said and then i would either be charged monthly or yearly for the subscription if i did not cancel within 7 days. I cancelled on day 6 and was still charged the full years worth of their subscription on day 7.
