They sent me an offer on my cell phone for a free trial on an anti-aging wrinkle serum for a fee of $4.95 shipping and handling. A few days later, I received two bottles in an unmarked envelope with no packing slip, no invoice, no company name or phone number, nothing. I used the product for a couple weeks. I received another two bottles, before I had had a chance to put a dent in the first one. Again, another unmarked, brown envelope with no text! My credit card statement arrives. I was charged $396 by E Naturals and Click Naturals! I called the phone number on the statement. They explained that I had entered into a contract with them by accepting the product and not canceling it within the first 14 days! I said I never was told about any canceling. I was under the impression that this was a free trial. They said I was lying. It was on my offer. My cell phone text is so small that I could barely enter my name and address, let alone see terms and conditions. I returned their second set of products, unopened using codes and directions. Not a penny is being credited to me, although I called to give them the tracking numbers from the post office, etc. They will not budge about a refund of any sort, even on the returned merchandise. My charge company says they cannot protect me from scammers. They hear these stories a thousand times a day. I am out of $396 by these scam artists.
