We was sent a generic product brand with no instructions or information of Dr. Phil or Dr. Oz. He was charged $38.75 for this "Trial" shipment. Then he received a second shipment and checked his charge card statement and noticed two more charges. One for $179.99 and another for $199.99. The product shipped from Omega Returns 4935 Mercury St., San Diego, CA 92111 and was billed by Core Diet Supplements of St. Petersburg, FL
