TOTAL SCAM_Charges and false advertisements

This should be illegal. Let me start by stating that I'm careful with purchases, so I actually took the time to read the fine print...which did NOT include any of what was actually done. The advertisement states small charge (9.95) and then charged a whopping $151.35 in two installments, thirty days after initial purchase. All kinds of excuses on why they couldn't take the product back since it was open, which I argued there is no sense in a trial period that you don't actually open the product to try. What would I do with the bottle for 30 days? Hold it in my hands to see if I like it? The product was not even good do definitely not worth what they tried to charge me. Had to fight to get $120 refunded back. They tried to tell me it was in agreement but I screened-shot it all and had proof it was not.

I ordered nutraderm wrinkle which was advertised for $5.95 shipping. I received it 10 days later and then 6 days later they charged $87.50 to my credit card. I told them I would return it but they said I could not since this was a trial and I opened it. I asked how do you try it if you don't open it. They also said I only had 14 days to return it but it was a 30 day trial. I asked for a supervisor and after a long argument they said they would refund everything but $17.50. I told them this was a scam and I was reporting their bad business practices. They said it would take 3-5 days for them to refund $70. I called my credit card company and they said I could dispute the charge. How do they get away with this. The product was like water instead of face cream. Thank you for allowing me to try to get some justice after getting ripped off by this company.
